Agreement

By creating an account or purchasing a course from NurseReady Academy, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared.

Course access

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access what you bought for the period shown at checkout (for example, 30 days for a 30-day QBank plan, 7 days for the Evaluation Test, or 6 months of online access for the NCLEX Success Academy), starting on the purchase date. Buying another plan before your access ends adds its days to the time you have left. Access may end earlier if you are refunded or violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

All lessons, questions, rationales, and materials are owned by NurseReady Academy. You may not copy, record, resell, or share them, or use them to train software.

Community rules

Be respectful. Do not share patient information, actual exam content, copyrighted material from other publishers, or medical advice to others. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Educational purpose

The course is for exam preparation only. See our Educational Disclaimer. We do not guarantee that you will pass any examination.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new version on this page.
